08mmk Terms & Conditions and Rules

These Terms and Conditions (referred to here as "Terms") govern the use of the 08mmk platform (08mmk.vip) and all related services. By registering an account, accessing and playing, or making deposits and withdrawals on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using this platform. 08mmk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with prior notice, and continued use after any update means you accept the revised terms.

To use this platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. We strictly prohibit underage gambling.
• You must be a real individual acting of your own free will.
• You must be accessing from a location where gambling is not legally restricted.
• Each person may only open one account per platform. Duplicate accounts under the same ownership are not permitted.

When registering an account at 08mmk, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If false or altered information is found, the account will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Account Security

• Your login password must be kept confidential — do not share it with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer service immediately.

Account Suspension

If any of the following situations are found, 08mmk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• If any breach of these terms and conditions is found
• If fraudulent activity to obtain bonus amounts is detected
• If any attempt to disrupt the platform's operations is found
• If there is suspicion that someone other than the account holder is playing

Deposits

A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before depositing into your account, regardless of which game you play. Approved deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to deposit, and will be processed within one hour during approved hours. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is not complete.

Currency

All amounts on this platform are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK). All transactions must be conducted in Kyat only — foreign currencies are not accepted.

To withdraw any bonus offered by 08mmk, including the Welcome Bonus, you must meet the specified Wagering Requirement before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit, you can receive a 120% Bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. The Wagering Requirement is 15x the bonus amount — meaning you must wager the bonus funds 15 times before the bonus amount counts toward a withdrawal.

Example:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering 24,000 × 15 = 360,000 Ks
• Deposit 340,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Balance 540,000 Ks → Wagering 200,000 × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used within the specified period after depositing. If that period expires, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be directly exchanged for cash — withdrawals are only possible once Wagering Requirements are met.
• If 08mmk determines that Bonus Abuse has occurred, the bonus may be revoked immediately.
• All bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time at 08mmk's discretion.

Prohibited Actions

The following practices are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Using software or technical tools to alter game results
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Making deposits or withdrawals for money laundering purposes
• Opening an account and playing using a third party's funds

If such practices are found, we will close the account, forfeit any remaining balance, and take appropriate legal action.

08mmk recognises players' participation and loyalty with 4 VIP levels:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

The higher your VIP level, the better your cashback rates. 08mmk may adjust a player's VIP level based on their playing activity, and no VIP cashback may be withdrawn before the Wagering Requirement is met.
